ABOUT ANDY, PAUL AND CREATIVE CONSTRUCTION SOLUTIONS

Company Story

Andy started in the building industry in the late 1990's as a bricklayers labourer while Paul started slightly after as a general hand before quickly becoming very skilled in general building and site works and moving on to roles such as site foreman, site agent and project manager. While Paul was progressing through the ranks with a larger company Andy had

trained in carpentry, co-founded and become the director of a specialist conversion company by the age of 19.    

It would be a further 12 years

before Andy and Paul first met whilst working as project managers for the same building company back in 2012 where they both gained experience of running both large and small domestic and local authority projects.

By now Paul had gained huge experience in organising and running building projects and so made the decision to set up his own company. Before too long Paul had grown his company (PMK Building) and acquired a large and loyal customer base.

Andy came to work for Pauls company as a Project Manager and as Pauls company grew it became clear that Paul and Andy should team up to create the ultimate building company where creativity, continued professional development and loyalty to customers came first.

And so Creative Construction Solutions was born in 2018. 

​

Now, Paul and Andy are both on site full time to both manage and work hands-on at their clients projects. They are backed by a tried, tested and dedicated team of highly skilled workers to aid and compliment their skill and lust for attention to detail. The company has turned over close to £1 million in successful projects in its first year and it is focused on staying small to ensure it is delivering a top quality professional and personal service.
